If you are concerned about something and you need to talk about your child, do go and see the class teacher. Teachers are always available before and after school for a brief chat and will give you longer if you make an appointment with them.

 

The Head Teacher will always see you, but it is sensible to make an appointment if you want uninterrupted time. If you feel that the problem has not been resolved, the Head Teacher will explain the complaints procedure to you for making a formal complaint to the Governors of the school.
