We have a 26 place Nursery at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School offering term time 15 hour and 30 hour funded places for 3-4 year old children. Working parents can apply for 30 hour funding using the link below:

Our vibrant and engaging Nursery at Holy Cross offers children a warm, inspiring, and nurturing start to their school journey. Led by our EYFS Lead, Mrs Hodson, our Nursery provides a rich and exciting curriculum designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and prepare children beautifully for Reception—whether they continue their journey with us at Holy Cross or move on to another setting of your choice. Children are eligible to start from the term after their 3rd birthday.

In addition to indoor learning and interactive play, Holy Cross Nursery children have the opportunity to experience and enjoy a fantastic outdoor provision which includes sessions with a qualified sports coach, Forest School activities, and the opportunity to explore and learn within our wider school environment. 

We also offer wrap around care for children in our nursery from 7.30am to the start of the school day and from the end of the school day to 6.00pm.

Nursery parents also have access to our SENCO, Mrs Awolola, if there are any special educational needs or concerns regarding your child's development.

Nursery Additional Costs:

• School Meals: £2.60 per day (£13.00 per week)
• Breakfast Club: £6.00 per child, per session (from 7.30am)
• After School Club: £15.00 per child, per session (until 6.00pm)
• Extra Hours (unfunded): £15.00 per 3 hour session (£75.00 per week)
• Annual School Trip (takes place in April): approximately £27.00 per child (payable in instalments)

Any parents who are not entitled to 30 hour funding and wish to pay for extra hours and/or wrap-around care may be eligible to apply for Tax Free Child Care Funding. Further information is available using the link below:
