Phonics - This week we will revise the 'a' grapheme that gives the /o/ sound.

Remember: The letter 'a' grapheme sometimes make /o/sound.  Below you will find a video that reminds you of some words that has the /o/  phoneme.

Did you remember  the rules for adding the 'ing' suffix  to verbs to change them to the continuous present tense and which suffix  we need add to words  to change them form a singular (one) noun to a plural (more than one)?

If you doubled the consonant 'l' in quarrelling then added the 'ing' suffix Well done.

If you removed the 'y', replaced it with an 'i' then added the 'es' suffix in 'quantity well done. Yes  's and es' suffix, to change nouns from singular to plural.  Great job!

I have also attached the week's daily phonics activities.  Have fun completing the crossword puzzle today.Once you have watched the video, complete Day 3 activity.
